We cannot wait to see you at our incredible International Women’s Day luncheon this Wednesday, March 8. Before you join us, we wanted to share some important details with you.
TICKETS. It brings us great joy to announce that our event has sold out! We do not have any additional tickets available.
ENTRY. To check-in and join us for the festivities, please enter through our Mann Street entrance. All other doors will be closed.
EVENT TIME. Doors open at 11:30am, with entrees being served promptly at 12:15pm. The event will conclude at 2:30pm.
MENU. Our menu has been designed to share between four people. The carefully curated menu has taken dietary requirements into consideration. If you require any alternate options, please let our team know by 5pm today. If you have requested alterations, we ask you to identify yourself to our team when you arrive. SEATING. The same as 2023, this year we will set up long tables to encourage guests to share, build relationships and network with other women of the Coast. If you would like to sit with your friends, we suggest you arrive at 11:30am to find seats.
ENTERTAINMENT. We have a fantastic entertainment lineup planned for the day, including live music with Veronika Lawson and the fabulous Marney McQueen as our MC. Plus, there will be a discussion on equity with Kathy Rhodes, an art display, and much more.
RAFFLE. All guests will receive a raffle ticket upon arrival. Additional tickets can be purchased from the main bar - 2 for $10 or 5 for $20, with all proceeds going to WE CARE CONNECT. (Eftpos will be available)
If for any reason, you or your guests are unable to attend, please let us know by 5pm today. We are happy to assist with reselling your ticket or issuing a refund. After this time, no refunds will be issued.
