There is not long to go until Melbourne Cup Goes Mad at Hotel Gosford. To make sure your day goes off without a hitch, here's what you need to know to get you off and racing!

Entrance Details: Arriving from 11:30am, all guests should make their way through the main entrance of the hotel, located on Mann Street. Please note, all other doors will remain closed for the duration of the day. If you have purchased tickets as a group, please circulate the booking name among your guests, so our team can show you to your table.
 
Canapes:
 

• Timing: Canapés will be served promptly from 12:15pm.

• Access: Ticket holders will have access to the designated cocktail and canapé area located in front of the main bar. This ticket also includes entry to The Saloon (betting facilities) and The Wonderland.

• Upon Arrival: Please approach our welcoming staff to have your ticket confirmed.

 
Fantastical Feast:
 

• Timing: Our lavish two-course sit-down menu will commence at 12:15pm sharp.

• Seating: Tickets for this category come with a designated table, and you'll also have access to The Saloon (betting facilities) and The Wonderland.

• Upon Arrival: Check in with our staff to have your name verified and to be directed to your table.

 
Dietaries: Our menu has been carefully curated and taken common dietary requirements into consideration. If you or your guests require any alternate options to cater for allergies, please advise our team by 5pm Friday 31st October. We ask you to identify yourself to our team when you arrive. 

Dress Code: Go Mad with Hats and Fantastical Fascinators

Parking: Parking is limited in the area, with options including a commuter car park and paid parking. Be sure to allow plenty of time to secure a spot.
 
Refunds & Attendance: If, for any reason, you're unable to attend, refunds will be available until Saturday, 1 November.
